Determined to start his career off strong, Joel worked ardently to receive his Salesman License at the age of 18. Joel attended University of Miami where he received a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship, sparking his desire to one day manage his own business. He continued his education at New York University where he studied real estate finance and investment and earning his Master’s Degree. Gaining a variety of experience in the real estate field, Joel worked as an Analyst at Crescent Heights in New York City and a Business Development Manager at Suffolk Construction in Miami.
In 2005, Joel opened his brokerage Kaminester Realty Group, expanding in the following years to include management, investment and development services. Since then Joel has grown his business, building an exceptional network of of talented team members in the field who appreciate his hard working nature and pleasant, genuine demeanor. Clients can be confident that Joel is skilled in finding, analyzing and negotiating deals to their benefit. Joel accredits his success not only to his intelligence and extensive background in real estate, but also to his attentiveness, integrity, and strong values. Joel was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, where he currently lives with his wife Rachel and his two sons.
